Happy Wurstfest Day to All!

Thank you to everyone who decided to ROCK tonight!!!

Remember, the bus will LEAVE at 8:00 PM. If you dont make it to CASA DE BERKMAN by that time, bummer.

Preparty starts @ 6:00 PM. Drinks, snacks, wine out of a coke can, etc.

Just one more day until Wurstfest, boys and girls!!! A few things to remember:

-please, please, please get to Casa de Berkman BEFORE 7:30 so we can leave promptly at 8:00!!!

-bring cash for those beers, brats, and hookers

-drink lots and lots of water tonight

-remember: buzzed driving IS drunk driving

TICK, TOCK, TICK, TOCK...

OK, boys and girls, it's Monday. Wurstfest if creeping up on us! I've been working on a Wurstfest iPod playlist for a week now. The bus is going to be rockin. I talked to a buddy who went this past weekend and said it was incredible (obv.).

If you haven't done so already, please register for the Wurstbus at www.paypal.com.

***UPDATE*** The bus will now leave at 8:00 PM

The bus will now be leaving at 8:00 PM instead of the previously stated 7:00 PM. This is due to a scheduling issue with the bus, but it will also give those coming in from out of town a chance to make it with us. Remember, the more the merrier. Besides, the park stays open until 1:00 AM on Saturdays (i will assume that everyone is down for that).

Please feel free to arrive as early as 6:00 to the Wurstfest 2K9 Pre-party hosted by Casa de Berkman. Refreshments will be provided.

PREPARTY/BUS PICK UP LOCATION

OK folks, our rendezvous for the bus pickup has been determined. We will be prepartying and then embarking from the residence of Bonnie Berkman, et al. Here is the address:

The bus will depart at 7:00 but please feel free to arrive before then (anytime after 4:00). We will have some snacks and some booze to get us riled up. It's going to be a bloodbath.

...oh, by the way, WE GOT A BUS!!! There are limited spots available so please book your seat in advance. The cost is going to be $30/person which will include the ride to and from New Braunsfels as well as some snacks and resfreshments (alcoholic and non) before the party (and god willing, after?).

Bus Situation

We are currently working on a bus for the trip to and from New Braunsfels. As soon as we book one y'all will know about it. The deal is most likely going to be the same as last year: $30/person to include the bus ride to and from Wurstfest as well as some pre/post-party drinks and snacks.

We are getting a pretty solid response so far. We have 16 solid commitments on Facebook with just under a month left to go. Please forward the Evite to whomever you deem worthy.

I fully expect the bus to fill up (as usual) so don't hesitate to reserve your seat. As always, first come first served. Watch out for the link to Paypal in the near future.
